Recicli was founded in 2010 in a basement used as a workshop and the name itself expresses the main concept of this small business: to recycle and give new life to all those bikes abandoned in the attics, cellars  or rusty railings in the many courtyards of Milan .

The activity was born supported by Caesar's passion for vintage bicycles and their restoration: a small family business developed, almost for fun, led by his sons Jacopo and Valerio, which then expanded over time and in space even with a physical store.

Initially, in fact, the activity of selling bikes was only online on the website, then afterwards with a first store opened in 2012 next to Parco Sempione with a small one window shop, visibility has significantly increased.

With the passage of time and the development of greater sensitivity and attention to the world of two wheels, Cesare plans to try to open a new store in a transit area frequented by young people, students from nearby universities, but also residents of all ages, this is how Recicli Manusardi was born in June 2016, a bike-café with three large windows, dining area, table football and a basement with workshop and bikes on display, in a quiet space just behind the most chaotic and unstoppable Milanese nightlife of the Navigli and Porta Genova.

So while Jacopo and Valerio do puncure repairs, replace saddles or help you choose the seat suitable for your child, Anna will delight you with some freshly prepared delicatessen. In fact, at Recicli you can have lunch and coffee service, very close to Milanese nightlife, but animated by a very different style, in which the passion of each family member helps to create that relationship with the customers like in the old times, made of chatter, stories and anecdotes to share, with no rush and in all simplicity.
